What is the delivery process?
Once we receive your order, it is confirmed by us and then the product is inspected and after inspection ,the product is carefully packed and sealed and handed over our delivery partners. Our delivery partners are trusted and reliable , who will deliver the products safely and on time to you.
How can i track my order after placing it?
We ensure to keep you updated with the status of your order from its placement to its shipment ,untill it reaches you.
You will be notified about the confirmation of your order once approved by us.
We would communicate the whereabouts of your shipment you on your registered mobile number and email ID at the time of following-
:- Order confirmation
:- Dispatching of the order
:- Time of Delivery
You will be provided with the shipment Tracking ID through email and SMS on your registered mobile number.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The shipment should reach you within 4-5 days, number of days may vary depending on the shipping address.
Do we accept CoD as a payment method?
No, we are not accepting COD because of Covid-19. We are only accepting credit/debit card and net banking.
Do we take international orders?
No, but if you want any international delivery to be made, please get in touch with our customer care, we would be more than happy to help you.
